Italian coppa is a kind of sausage, made from aged and salted back of selected pigs and then left to stand for almost six months. Italian coppa has a mild flavor and fine taste: the Italian climate makes this cured meat a special product, fragrant, soft and never dry. Italian coppa is ideal for a unique snack with a slice of bread or for your antipasto. We offer only high quality coppa products, made according to traditional methods, which enhance the flavors of meats.
