ORIGINAL STRACCHINO CHEESE: AVAILABLE IN COW MILK AND GOAT MILK
Stracchino is a soft cheese originating in northern Italy, typical of Lombardy, piedmont and Veneto. Stracchino is a cows' milk cheese with creamy texture and no rind, delicate in flavor. This soft cheese is eaten very young and it is perfect for spreading, furthermore its delicate flavor makes it very digestible. It is normally produced in a square shape and wrapped in moist paper. Stracchino can be tasted also in its goats' milk version: with a more intense flavor, it’s excellent to prepare creative antipastos or for quick snacks, but also for many other unique recipes such as for pizza or for filling a focaccia.
